Your Mister Aerator® business can extend beyond providing customers with core lawn aeration services. For an additional one-time fee, you can also be authorized to provide the following incremental revenue and profit-generating services to your customers:
- Specialized granular lawn fertilization
- Mechanical thatch control
- Soil amendment applications – gypsum, lime, and some disease treatments
The availability of Mister Aerator® Plus services will make your business even more valuable to your customers and will create a competitive advantage for you in your market area.
The incremental investment for the purchase of the Mister Aerator® Plus program is $9,995.00* CDN, plus GST and other applicable taxes.

In summary, whether you purchase the standard Mister Aerator® business system or purchase the Mister Aerator® Plus program, your total investment, including start-up and working capital costs for establishing your business, will depend on the following variables:
- the marketing investment you make based on the size of business you wish to have in the community
- the number of occupied private dwellings (single detached homes)
- the additional amount of specialized core lawn aeration equipment you may decide to purchase over and above the start-up equipment you receive when you become a Mister Aerator® owner/operator.
- the type of home-based office and storage facility you decide to setup and operate
